The Treasurer Tax Collector is committed to offering payment options to the public in the safest way possible. Effective March 22, 2021, the Treasurer-Tax Collector's downtown Riverside office located on the 1st floor of the County Administrative Center will be open by appointment only. Effective May 3, 2021 the Treasurer Tax Collector’s office located in Palm Desert and Temecula will open by appointment only. We STRONGLY encourage taxpayers to make their tax payments using either our online payment system (make online payments by clicking HERE), phone payment system (by calling 951-955-3900) or make your payment by sending in a check, money order or cashier's check by mail. If you make your payment online using the eCheck option (bank account) you may do so at no cost. Cash taxpayers click HERE.
